Vintage early 90s light orange silk blouse with a print of flowers in movement, and ruffle trim. Super lightweight and flowy! It has a wrap cut, with an outer waist tie, and an inner one that feeds through the waist and ties at the back of the waist. Sold as is with a few condition notes, see details below.
